       Arthur B. Jefferson, III is a native of Jackson, Mississippi and currently resides in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He is the husband of Ashley Nicole Jefferson. He has a two year old daughter named Mylah Rose Jefferson. He is the son of Dr. Arthur and Rosie Jefferson and the oldest brother of Ana-Lisa Jefferson. Arthur obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from Tougaloo College, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Jackson State University, and a Juris Doctor Degree from Southern University Law Center.

         Arthur served as a K-12 school teacher for 8 years.  He has not been only rewarded with the opportunity to serve as a teacher to his students but has also been given the opportunity to serve as a counselor, role model, mentor, and father figure to many of the fortunate and less fortunate. Arthur is also a real estate agent and an insurance agent with the ability to provide, life, health, auto, flood, home, and a variety of other types of insurance.  He currently serves as an Assistant District Attorney for the East Baton Rouge District Attorney's Office of the 19th Judicial District Court.

         Arthur is excited to serve as the operations manager for New Life Title, which provides title work and title insurance. 

         Arthur is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc, T.C. Almore Lodge Number 242 Masonic Order, and Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia.  In his spare time he loves playing the church organ, watching NBA basketball, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and cooking.

       GeFranya Matrulia Graham, "Frankie" as she is affectionately referred to in Louisiana, is a native of Conway, South Carolina and currently resides in Plaquemine, Louisiana. GeFranya describes herself as being "initially unique” because of the origin of her name rooted from her parents' names, George and Frances Graham; and her deceased Aunt’s name, Etrulia P. Dozier. GeFranya is the older sister of George E. Graham, II, Jamal A. Tucker, and Juvanté S. Dixon. 

       GeFranya obtained an 'Education for Life" via a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from her "Home by the Sea", Hampton University (Hampton, Virginia) and a Juris Doctor Degree from Southern University Law Center (Baton Rouge, Louisiana) where "Seriousness of Purpose" was practiced and led by example.

        For more than 15 years, GeFranya has prepared title work for general practice law firms and real estate development companies in South Carolina and North Carolina. Her services have played a pivotal role in the land acquisition of tourist attractions, residential, commercial, and agriculture properties. She has drafted pre closing documents for two top reputable mortgage companies and have been the closing attorney to facilitate two international real estate transactions. Incorporating Real Estate Transactions in her Louisiana firm for the past 5 years has been rewarding. It is certainly a privilege to utilize Arthur's vision, in New Life Title Company, as an avenue to continue zealously advocating for her clients. 

      GeFranya is also a general practice attorney in the areas of Family Law; Personal Injury; Estate Planning and Successions; Criminal Law; and Agriculture Law. She volunteers with numerous organizations in addition to her service to her sorority, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and mentorship commitment under the auspices of Surely I Am My Sister, LLC.

     In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Kendrick D. Pierre, Sr., event planning, photography, traveling, reading, spending time with her family, "little cousins", Sorority Sisters, and friends; mentoring Ms. Michaela S. Bessant and the other “little people” in her life; and expressing extra love to her God Daughter, MoNaysia A. Hickman and "bonus family": Kendrick D. Pierre, Jr., DeKyla Oubre, Tyris D. Pierre, and Jaliea Johnson
